Position Overview

1st Choice Building Solutions is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for generating new residential and commercial business through field prospecting, relationship-building, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, developing client relationships, and guiding customers through customized hurricane protection solutions.

This position offers an opportunity to work with a respected company in a growing industry focused on protecting homes and businesses throughout Southwest Florida.

What the Job Involves

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Perform field prospecting and cold outreach to generate new business
Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to understand project needs
Present product options and recommend appropriate hurricane protection solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and consultations
Manage leads and opportunities from initial contact through closing
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
Meet or exceed established sales goals
Communicate effectively with management and internal teams to ensure project success

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
Valid driver's license required
