1st Choice Building Solutions works with HFS Financial and the GreenSky® Program to offer financing options for qualifying customers.
Each provider offers its own application process, eligibility requirements, loan terms, and credit decisions.
Option 1
HFS Financial
HFS Financial provides access to financing for a variety of home improvement projects.
If you already have a project proposal from 1st Choice Building Solutions, you can continue to the HFS Financial website to review available options and begin the application process.
You will be directed to the HFS Financial website to complete the financing process.
Option 2
GreenSky® Program
1st Choice Building Solutions also offers access to financing through the GreenSky® Program for qualifying customers and eligible projects.
Ask our team about available GreenSky financing options for your project.
Financing through the GreenSky® Program is subject to credit approval and the terms offered by participating program lenders.
